Who takes care of your data?

Blondie-Nette, independent proWIN consultant (details in the legal notice). I am the only one who reads what you send me.

What I receive

Only what you fill in on the site’s forms: name, email, phone, town or address, preferred demo date, order details and your message.

If you create an account, it also keeps your password (encrypted, I cannot see it), your details, your wish list, your cart and your order history. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Why

• to answer your questions;
• to organise the demo you book;
• to prepare, order and hand over your products.

I do not use your data for anything else: no advertising, no newsletter without your consent, and it is never sold.

Who else can see it?

No one, except for delivery: if your order is sent to a pick-up point, the necessary details (name, delivery address) are passed on to proWIN and its carrier.

How long I keep it

Messages and demo requests, for up to three years after our last exchange. Orders, for as long as accounting rules require.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies it needs to work: your language choice, your cart and, if you have one, signing in to your account. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use: just write to me via the Contact page. If you feel your rights are not respected, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
