Frequently asked questions

Can I buy Prowin products in shops?

No. Prowin is not sold in supermarkets: you buy through a consultant, at a demo or by placing an order with her.

Do I need to become a consultant to order?

Not at all. You simply order as a customer, with no commitment.

How do I find out the prices?

They are shown on each product page. Prices are set by Prowin.

How do I place an order?

Click “Order through me” on a product page, or send me your list with the contact form. I will get back to you to confirm the total, payment and delivery.

How does delivery work?

In person if you live near me. Otherwise, I send your order to a parcel pick-up point: €5.40 up to 2 kg, €5.60 from 2 to 5 kg and €6.00 from 5 to 10 kg.

Do I have to buy something at a demo?

No, there is no obligation to buy. You discover, you try, and then you decide.
